The customer service is terrible! They don't care. Purchased these EXPENSIVE Iver handles less than 6 months ago and they have already tarnished making our brand new and expensive renovation look cheap and nasty. DO NOT BUY THEM! I told Keeler Hardware and they blamed the supplier who said they are "living finishes" which is ridiculous.

One of the worst customer service i have encountered. I would normally never go around writing bad reviews but had to make an exception for this place. Went in to buy a lock and cover for the door, and when asked they assured me the product they gave is the right size. When I went home the lock did not fit, I called them for store credit/refund and they said they will do it. I went in the next day and the "manager" was the most uncooperative person imaginable. He blatantly said he cant do refund or store credit as 1 of the 2 box was dented. I had each and every product there which i did not even use since the lock was too big. I had bought the product less than a week! He kept on saying he cant do anything with a massive attitude, and when I had enough i called him a scammer he just walked off saying he cant help me (I was talking on the phone with someone else when i swore, and the "manager" used this excuse to run away). Only after I said I have the whole day and I am not leaving until he processes refund, that he came back. Even after that, he only processed refund for the smaller amount of the invoice and acted as if he helped me. BIGGEST SCAMMERS IN SYDNEY. BEWARE. Here is photo of the box for anyone wondering, i know its not in prestine condition, but all the items are inside. This is by far the worst experience i have witnessed. Go any other place but this. If i could give negative stars I would.

I like these guys! I had a very simple requirement for a basic cupboard handle to match those on other cupboards. Couldn't find the exact size anywhere but they had it. Very small purchase but I got it in quick time and the whole thing was smooth and efficient. Really appreciated the communication and I'll go to them for other needs in the future. Good old-fashioned service! What a relief.

Couldn’t fulfil an order and customer service is rotten! I ordered an item online which according to the website is “in-stock”. After a week I followed up with concerns it wasn’t going to arrive in time, I was told the item is yet to be dispatched. I followed up again the following week and the same story! So much for the item being “in stock” After being told the item was still 1.5 weeks away, I asked about cancelling the order as it wasn’t going to arrive in time I was told someone would get back to me I called again a few days later to follow up to be told it had been cancelled.. I asked to speak to management, they are on leave! Very frustrating! Get it together

I ordered 2 sliding window locks which don't seem to be sold in NZ. The price was reasonable and I was surprised to be not charged any freight considering I am in NZ. Communications were informative regarding tracking and arrival. The product arrived 5 days after placing the order and was exactly as described. I am very happy with the service received.

They list their door handles WITHOUT a latch and it isn't clear on the description page about this. I ordered expecting a latch and wasn't able to install it without one. I called them up afterwards and they said to simply buy the latch separately (like not my problem). Would have saved me SO MUCH time and effort if they were a bit more clearer. They refused to offer me any assistance, so I had to pay double shipping for 2 separate items. Will NOT be ordering from Keeler Hardware again.
